A Class For Every 'Body'

Mat Mix Abilities

A Mat based Pilates class, providing you with a full body workout for mixed abilities with adaptions and modifications given for everyone. 

During these sessions a variety of small equipment may be used, which may differ from week to week.

Ball, Magic Circle, Block, Bands and small hand weights.

Mat Foundation

Build up your core from the inside out as we focus on the fundamentals of Pilates. Ideal for anyone who is a newbie, wanting a recap to get you back into Pilates or if you are looking to alleviate pain and discomfort and have a healthier level of fitness to carry into every day life. You will see and feel your progress as we layer up each exercise and make our way through the Pilates repertoire.

Reformer

While the reformer may seem intimidating at first, it offers a myriad of benefits that go beyond mat-based Pilates. This unique approach can help improve strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. Please call or message to book.  Classes with me are available at various studios in Aberdeen.

A session tailored to your specific needs and body type. Sessions will be held in a location of choice. 

First session may be over an hr. 

With block booking, 5 sessions

NEW: 1 to 1 private reformer Pilates sessions now available in Ellon.

Mini / Junior Pilates

Children's fun filled Pilates session, this session is for 45mins. A fun class focusing on the different Pilates principles each week, for kids adding a fun creative element to balance, strength, team work and new challenges each week.

Mini Pilates 5-8 years
Junior Pilates for ages 8-11 For younger siblings to join please do message to discuss.

Pilates for Golfers

A class tailored for golfers in mind, a full body exercise with the goal to increase mobility, core stability and strength. Prevent injury and improve your golf game
